Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawals are processed automatically within
24 hours.

Minimum Withdrawal
Minimum withdrawal amount is ₹500.

Gift Value Reduction
After the given time duration, the gift value
will be reduced by 50%.

EMI Payment Policy
If an EMI is not received due to any situation,
the ID will be considered inactive and any
income generated will lapse.

Top-up Requirement
Once the ID earns 10 times, a top-up of
₹3,000 will be required.

Income Distribution
All amounts will be added to Gifts & Rewards
and salary business.

GST Charges
GST fee of 3%, as applicable, will be applied
to every product.

TDS Deduction
TDS fee of 2%, as applicable, will be applied
to every withdrawal.

Platform Maintenance
A 5% platform maintenance fee will be applicable
on every transaction.

Maximum Time Duration
The maximum time duration for receiving any
gift, reward or salary is 60 months.

Product Liability
The Company shall have no liability or
responsibility for any product-related claims,
delivery, replacement, warranty or service
obligations arising after the expiry of
12 months from the respective ID activation
date, irrespective of payment completion
status, whether fully paid or outstanding.

Customer Disputes
In case of any customer dispute, the matter
will be heard and resolved only under
company jurisdiction.

Jewellery Policy
Only silver jewellery will be provided.

Payment & Refund Policy
Once you join the group, the payment will
not be refunded.
